  1. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 7. Locally, City Council Place 6 is on the ballot. In addition to the City Council race, several statewide propositions are on the ballot, Vote-smallas well as bond initiatives for voters in Little Elm ISD.   2. It’s almost here! “American Heroes: A Salute to Veterans,” featuring a FREE performance by the legendary Oak Ridge Boys kicks off THIS Saturday at The Colony Five Star Complex! In addition to the Oak Ridge Boys, performances are  scheduled by Sammy Kershaw and Cooder Graw. This festival and fireworks event also features the American Hero Run, Veterans Memorial Ceremony, car/truck/bike show, and so much more!
